The Taiwanese tech giant HTC has been rolling Nougat updates to its smartphones. To add one more to the list, the company launched the new Android 7.0 Nougat for its HTC One A9. Well, let us first have a look at the specs of the smartphone.
The new HTC One A9 sports a 5.0-inch full HD display and a pixel ratio of 1080 x 1920 along with a pixel density of 441 ppi. The phone currently runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has 66.8% screen to body ratio. Speaking of the processor, the phone is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8952 Snapdragon 617 processor along with 2 GB/3 GB of RAM and 16 GB/32 GB internal memory as well as GPU of Adreno 405. This memory can be further expanded to 256 GB via MicroSD card.
Moving towards the connectivity part, the new HTC One A9 features 4G, 3G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and FM as well. The phone has a price tag of Rs 22,999. The smartphone is available in 2 different versions—white and dark blue.
Speaking of the imaging duties, the new HTC One A9 has 13 MP of rear camera along with f/2.0 aperture with LED flash, and phase detection autofocus. The front camera is of 4 MP with f/2.8 aperture and is enough for good selfies. The phone comes with a 2,150 mAh battery and is capable of giving 684 hours of standby time along with 17.5 hours of talk time and 44 hours of music time.
The company did a good job releasing the Android 7.0 Nougat update for its HTC One A9. This will not only boost the performance of the smartphone but also boost the sale of the device in the global market. We hope that the company gives the new OS update to more of its smartphones.
