Japanese smartphone giant Panasonic has revealed another handset to add to its list. But this time the company has launched not launched a low budget smartphone. Instead, the company raised its standard and launched a new mid range smartphone. The company launched its Panasonic Eluga Pulse smartphone in the market across the country. This may be the start of the company to move towards the mid range smartphones and leave behind the world of low budget smartphones. Let us have a look at the specs of the smartphone.
The new Panasonic Eluga Pulse phone provides a 5-inch screen with full HD IPS display. The screen also has a pixel ratio of 720 x 1280. The screen has a protection of Gorilla Glass as well. The device is fueled by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2 GB RAM. The handset also has 16 GB internal memory that can be expanded to 128 GB via Micro SD card.
In the camera section, the rear camera is of 13 MP of power along with a LED flash. The new Panasonic Eluga Pulse smartphone has 5 MP of front camera for selfies. The smartphone is supported by 2,200mAh battery that is capable of giving 15 days of standby time and 12 hours of talktime along with 14 hours of music playtime. The device currently runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In terms of connectivity, the phone offers 4G, Bluetooth, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, 3G, FM, and GPS.
Launched in India, the phone is currently priced at Rs 9,690. As of now, the company has not given any specific details about the number of color variants that will be available for this handset.
